CHS was established by Donald L. Dudrow, Jr., AIA in 1994. As Development Director and Chief Architect for the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, Mr. Dudrow saw a need for an architecture and consulting firm that specialized in public and affordable housing. Mr. Dudrow established CHS to fill this need. Since 1994 CHS has provided these services to clients throughout the United States and the USVI.

CHS is based in Cincinnati, Ohio but provides consulting services to clients nation-wide. Refer to the CHS portfolio map for locations of projects/ clients.

Although CHS is a small firm (10 employees) we have relationships with many specialized consultants and affiliated companies that work in a coordinated effort to meet the needs of our clients.

As CHS enters its' 16 year of business, Mr. Dudrow is expanding CHS' menu of services to meet the needs of his clients.
