Ms. Ryan has over 22 years of architectural experience. This experience has been diverse and has included;
multifamily housing renovation, commercial and retail design, construction management, schematic design
development, specification writing, research, planning and modernization program administration. She served
as the Design Manager at the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority from 1996-1997.
Ms. Ryan is a Registered Architect (1996) and LEED Accredited Professional (2009) and specializes in architectural
design and planning for multi-family housing renovation. She has been responsible for the preparation of design
documents and specifications for numerous renovation projects, studies, reports and schematic design concepts related
to housing programs
