CHS's founder and principal is Donald L. Dudrow, Jr.. Mr. Dudrow is a licensed architect with over 25 years experience in multi-family housing. During these 25 years Mr. Dudrow has worked with both public and private sector housing providers nation-wide. Mr. Dudrow has "inside" information, as he was the Development Director and Chief Architect for the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, the 15th largest PHA in the country.

Key CHS staff also possess significant housing experience. Some have worked for housing authorities, others have worked for developers and architects involved in affordable housing.
