Creative Housing Solutions, Inc. or CHS is an architectural and consulting firm specializing in multifamily housing construction and renovation. In addition to architectural services, CHS offers planning, grant writing and modernization program administration services to public agencies such as Public Housing Authorities and Community Development Departments.

CHS's founder and principal is Don Dudrow. Mr. Dudrow is a licensed architect with over 15 years experience in multi-family modernization and HUD modernization program administration. During this time Mr. Dudrow has worked with private sector developers, community development departments and public housing authorities nation-wide. Mr. Dudrow has served the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority as Staff Architect and Acting Director of Development Programs.
CHS has developed a network of associated professionals to provide its services in the most cost effective manner possible.
