CHS's founder and principal is Don Dudrow. Mr. Dudrow is a licensed architect with over 15 years experience in multi-family modernization and HUD modernization program administration. During this time Mr. Dudrow has worked with private sector developers, community development departments and public housing authorities nation-wide. Mr. Dudrow has served the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority as Staff Architect and Acting Director of Development Programs.

CHS has developed a network of associated professionals to provide its services in the most cost effective manner possible. These professionals consist of architects, engineers; grant writers and former HUD employees. This network allows CHS to offer outstanding experience and expertise for any private or public housing need.

Creative Housing specializes in affordable multi-family renovation, new construction, development, and consulting. The majority of our clients are affordable housing providers. These include: non-profits, public housing authorities, city and state governmental agencies, and for-profit developers. A significant portion of our practice focuses on strategic planning and facility assessments.

3. Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority, Bethel, Ohio – Bethel Woods Addition – 16 unit senior housing development, will be LEED Certified.
4. Virgin Islands Housing Authority 2006 Strategic Plan and Physical Needs Assessment of 27 Public Housing Developments.
