Project Assignment:
Prepare Construction Documents and Construction Contract Administration for a nine site improvement project.

Authority-wide site identity and continuity was established through adding custom stainless steel monument signs with new landscaping and lighting at each of the nine sites

Building entrances to four sites were improved.  CHS improved safety by increasing lighting levels and better accessibility by creating two zero curb entrances.  The social aspect of building entries and exterior spaces was enlivened by additional covered seating, small pavilions surrounded by new landscaping areas.
