Project Assignment:
Prepare Construction Documents and Specifications and provide Construction Contract Administration for the annual capital fund physical improvements.  This included partial renovation of 10 Public Housing Authority properties.

Assignment Details:
CHS conducted a thorough analysis based on client needs which included:

• Upgrade Electrical Service in 132 units.
• Remove and Replace Roof systems on 176 units.   Rebuilt water damaged dormers.
• Renovate Baths and kitchens in 125 units.
• Sidewalk, parking and Road improvements.
• Convert 10% of non-accessible existing bathrooms in a High-rise residence to provide accessibility.
• Conversion of 4 existing non-accessible single-family residences to UFAS compliant dwellings.  CHS’ approach saved BMHA 50% in cost compared to earlier renovation conversion attempts.
