Project Assignment:
Prepare design and construction documents for exterior façade improvements on 17 townhouse buildings.
Assignment Details:
The work consisted of full façade improvements to 2 buildings and partial façade improvements to 15 buildings. The work included roof, siding, stucco and trim replacement. Installation of new vented dormers; rear porch canopies and front porch trim. The work also included site work and concrete walk replacement.
CHS completed a full set of contract documents (specifications and drawings) for the project. The project was publicly bid to contractors.
