Sometimes a property is so distressed that modernization is not a good use of taxpayer funds. Conversion of public housing, demolition or disposition may be the most practical solution. CHS can help a PHA perform the viability analysis and justification for any of these options.

CHS can also assist the PHA prepare HUD Special Applications Center (SAC) applications. Through CHS’ architectural and engineering services demolition bid specifications can be prepared. If needed, CHS can prepare disposition and conversion RFQ/ RFP documents and manage the entire process for the PHA.
