CHS staff consults with professional landscape architects and other consultants to prepare comprehensive landscape and site designs that are long lasting and aesthetically pleasing. CHS has studied the principals of "Crime Prevention through Environmental Design" and incorporates these principals in all site design projects. Physical improvements to buildings and dwelling units comprise the bulk of any CIAP, CGP or other modernization program. This work may include the upgrade, improvement or revitalization of existing sites and grounds. It can also include the addition of landscape and fencing and a general modification of the site circulation patterns.
