Condition Surveys / Needs Assessments

Condition surveys are used to determine the existing condition of a building, site or facility. Surveys are essential to preparing a comprehensive modernization or improvement plan and are a critical component of any budgeting and planning process. These condition surveys may include in-depth investigations of the present conditions, an estimate of the remaining useful life of major components, and recommendations and cost estimates for the improvements.
