As required by HUD and FH&EO all PHAs must have a Section 504 Assessment and Transition Plan on file, available for public review and HUD FH&EO audit. These documents are required to be updated on an annual basis.
CHS has found that many PHAs do not have a current Section 504 Assessment and Transition Plan. CHS has prepared nearly 75 Section 504 Assessments and Transition Plans. Often these services are combined with our Physical Needs Assessment services as there are efficiencies in performing the studies concurrently.
